Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At WildMeUp, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to shop with confidence, knowing that we’re here to support you if something doesn’t go as planned.

Returns

Due to the personal and intimate nature of our products, returns are accepted only in cases where the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts upon delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact our support team at support@wildmeup.in with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once approved, our team will guide you through the return process.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Cancellation Process

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will fall under our return policy instead.

Important Notes

We maintain strict quality checks and discreet packaging for every order. For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless they are defective.
